Senior Prizegiving 2025
The 2025 Senior Prizegiving was a fantastic celebration of achievement, leadership, and service. Our families, staff, and students gathered to recognise the outstanding contributions and successes of our senior learners.
The evening highlighted not only academic excellence but also the values and capabilities that define AVͷ: Rangatiratanga, Kaitiakitanga, Auahatanga, Māramatanga, Kōrerorero, and Whakawhanaungatanga | Character, Citizenship, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Communication and Collaboration. These future focused capabilities guide our students to become courageous, compassionate, and curious young people ready for life beyond school.
The successes celebrated at our Senior Prizegiving reflect the collective effort of students, staff, and whānau. AVͷ thrives on relationships, and the support of our community makes these achievements possible. Our kura is committed to nurturing thoughtful, future-ready learners.
Mā te huruhuru ka rere te manu - adorn the bird with feathers so it may fly. Your time at AVͷ has given you many of those feathers - skills, friendships, memories, qualifications and capabilities. Wear them proudly as you take flight into the next chapter of your lives.
